This Site is an informational website operated by Spanish Fluency Club. It presents information about our Spanish learning community and directs interested visitors to where the actual services are offered. No classes, memberships, or paid services are sold or delivered directly on this Site.

All community access, live classes, courses, and memberships are provided through Skool, a third-party platform. When you join the community, you do so on Skool and your use of those services is governed by Skool’s Terms of Service and policies, in addition to any specific terms presented at sign-up.

Any classes, schedules, pricing (including the free community and the paid Premium membership), and membership benefits are subject to the terms, availability, and policies of Skool and to change. Payments, billing, and cancellations for paid memberships are handled through Skool, not through this Site.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse it. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Spanish Fluency Club or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, level of fluency, or result from using our community or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spanish Fluency Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any third-party platform linked from it, including Skool.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms (including Skool). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
